I've ordered new balance springs 28" 2704 but noticed that the plastic piece (see photo) on the window is actually broken off. Is there a replacement part?

The part you're looking for is known as a top sash guide. See our 18-124P. I believe this is a good match, but you may want to remove yours just to be sure. We have photos and dimensions on the 18-124P store page you can use as a reference.

I disassembled one of the guides and it looks like 18-124P. I've ordered the part
