balance spring assembly for simonton windows 12 pound weight

we would like the information on the balance springs for our simonton windows installed in 2005. The spring broke on one side and Sears who we bought the windows from will not sell us the parts without their (TECH) installing.The windows from Simonton and SEARs are #06284194030001.
