We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your balance assembly removed from the window, including the spiral tip, the color at the base of the tube, or the exact sash weight if it is missing, to compare to our inventory. Also, please confirm if this is a tilt or non-tilt window. Thank you!

Unfortunately the homeowner is out of town and I can't get into the house for a bit. The tip was red and the window does tilt in. The window is 33 1/2" x 70 1/2". The spring is 31" long and 3/8" wide. Is that enough information?

Based on your specifications, take a look at the S900-31 spiral balance with a red tip option that will support a sash between 10 and 22 lbs.
