balance stamp reads 3390

A quick learner from IL says:

I am in need of 2 channel balances for a Gapco window. 1/2" X 34 It appears that your S380-34 is a match. However the stamp on the balancer reads 3390. I weighed the window sash - 32lbs. Will the S380-34 work?

Thank you for posting, Daniel. Is the sash exactly 32 pounds? If so, then I think our 3350 stamp option should work for you. Two S380-34 balances with a 3350 option can carry a window sash weight range of 28 through 32 pounds.
