Hello, We can supply these balances but it will need to be a custom order to have the 15-197 locking terminal attached to the S751 balance channel. To get started, we'll need you to know the exact weight of your window sash since the 28HT stamp on your balance does not correspond to any of our spring strength options. Also, we'll need to confirm how many balances you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you! |

28HB still doesn't match any of our strength options but we do have 28HD, which supports a sash between 22 and 28 lbs. I would strongly encourage you to confirm the exact weight of your sash to confirm that it falls within the supported range since custom balances like these are not eligible for return. Also, please note that custom orders do have a minimum order of two balances to ensure that there is equal support on both sides of the window to avoid damaging the new balance. |
