I Need two balances, a couple of little square track guides, and a couple of the arched springs that go in the locking lifters (if that makes any sense.

See our S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Refer to the picture below. For a new stamp option choose 2960.
