balance and shoe

Question

I need a balance and shoe to replace this one which is broken. It is a 27C the balance is 28 inches long and it is a tilt window. I am sending you two pictures so you can see the other end thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like your balance uses a terminal clip like the S770-28, which is designed to be screwed in at the top of the window track. A pair of balances with the 28C stamp will support a sash weighing 18 to 23 pounds, but we recommend weighing the window sash to confirm it falls within this range.

Your old pivot shoe was discontinued and is no longer available, however. We have the 15-167, but the cam is different, so we aren't sure if your old pivot bar will be compatible. Could we see photos of it removed from the window sash?
