My window was bought from Builders Prime in Bridgeport, PA and they are now out of business. I was hoping you could help me.

Hello Sharon. Please take a look at our 15-180 pivot shoe and Series 190 coil spring. To determine the best Series 190 option, you will need the number printed on your current coil spring. Let us know how you made out with this.
