balancer stamped weight

My balancers have 2010 A stamped in them I believe I need the S390 20inch but do not know what to put as the option. Please advise

The best way to confirm which option you choose would be to weigh your window sash on a scale. From there you would correspond that number to the sash weight range chart.

However, before you proceed, I would like for you to reconfirm the length of your balance. I am leaning more towards our S390-21 channel balance with a 2010 option as the replacement. If you are uncertain, you can always send us some photos
