the 20 4 pair is for 19.8# sash
and the 32 4 pair is for a 22.8# sash

both currently Caldwell 5/8" x 5/8" chanel and tip
5/8 x 1" Base

Hello there!

This looks like it could be our Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine which Series is best for your repair. Take a look at the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.
