We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration; what you have here is a special "extended travel" balance, named for its unique block and tackle system.

Before we can go any further, though I will need to see a photo of the metal clip or hook that's at the end of the cord. It doesn't appear to be visible in your photo, but it is an essential detail. We have to see that before we can proceed.
