No numbers or markings on balancers. The windows are made by Kinro. Most of the windows in the home are 45W x 59H, 2 are 29W X 59H and one is 29W X 35H.The balancer in the picture came out of the 45 X 59 window but the 29 X 45 window had the same thing in it. I have not checked the smaller window yet. I am guessing it may be the same.

See our Series 900 spiral balance, I think this could be a good match. You would need to measure the length of the tube to determine what size you need.

Paul,
That was what I was thinking. They are 3/8" in diameter and 2 different lengths that I would need. The tip appears to be red in color. Initially when I pulled 2 of them out it looked black but after cleaning it off I am pretty sure it is red, Is there any to lubricate them> They are only 10 years old and I really do not to want to replace the whole house. Pretty much every window they are hanging up.
Thanks, Jim

Sure, extend the spiral and apply a bit of white grease. See if that gets them moving a little easier. It wouldn't hurt to spray the track with silicone, as well.
