balancers/shoes?

Quick Learner from Conowingo, Md.
I have two windows that were closed for an extended period of time. When I opened and then closed them the grey items in the photo broke. As you may be able to see, the tops broke off which were, apparently, what held them inside the bar in the track (see photo). These windows are a little over ten years old and, if I remember correctly, were a cheaper Anderson model. (Please disregard the latches.)

On the grey pieces there is a number stamped in the side: 610108

On the piece that is broken off is the number: 0467490

I looked at the parts on your web page and did not see anything like these pieces. If you can identify them and have them please let me know. Also, if you do have the pieces I will need some instruction as to how to install them into the bar/rod.

Thank you.

Thanks for posting. The gray parts you are showing us are T-Lock Shoes. These connect to he bottom of your window's channel balances, as well as the pivot bars that connect to the window sash. I believe these T-Lock Shoes might be our 15-195B; but look over all the dimensions, as well as the 'open' nature of the cam, to make sure this is the right T-Lock Shoe for you. You may want to make sure window's channel balances haven't broken either. Let us know if you need to replace them, we'll ask a few more questions in that case. Finally, in the case of your tilt latches, look over either our 26-393 or 26-393B to start. See if one of these sets is what you're looking for.
