We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see your balance uninstalled, including the top of the channel and the knife lock shoe attached to the pulley. That will help us confirm if our stock balances could work for you or if they would need to be custom-ordered. Please also write out the exact length of the metal channel. Thank you!
