Silverline single hung window balances

Question

Hello. I have 5 windows I am needed to replace the channel balance. model are silverline series 2100
code s-019-2
rating H-R35
mst-3850
single hung
the channel I took out are 27" long.
I am in sure what model to order as I do not know the weight. Any suggestions?

The only surefire way to identify the option you need is to remove the window from the jamb and weigh it, unfortunately.
A bathroom scale will suffice.
