balances for Gapco windows

I have these windows and need to order several new balances and the little cap at the top corners of the windows

Hello, thank you for posting!

Your balance resembles the S395-28 channel balance with a 2740 stamp option. Your metal channel should measure 28" in length. It sounds like you may also need new top sash guides, which attach to the window frame. Are you able to provide pictures of the original part? Thank you!
