balances for jeld wen windows

I have some jeldwen single hung windows that are in need of the complete balance mechanism both sides. Sizes are 36x60, 30x60, and 36x42. Are these available and if so what are the prices. These windows were sold as Wenco windows, but came with jeldwen installation instructions. It has been a long time since install and I have learned they were the same company. If you have the parts approximately how long from order to delivery. I do not have any pictures at this time. Thanks for any help.
