Hi there Alex. Since this is a tilt window, you'd want the 3/8" Series 900 or 9/16" Series 600. You can reuse the old pivot shoe if it's in good shape. If not, we must see an undamaged version removed from the sash along with the written-out thickness and width dimensions.

Hello Emily,
Please help me:
1. Find the right pivot lock shoes (see attached photo from the original and dimensions)
2. Check if I have chosen the right balancers to replace the old ones.
Each window has two balancers of size 27-7/8" and 25 -7/8"
The diameter of the balancer is approximately close to 1/2"
3. Also, please advise what tools I need to replace the balancers easily.
4. My original pivot lock shoes include 3 parts (plastic big, small blue and metal)
5. Maybe something else that I forgot
Thank you,
Alex

Thanks for getting back to us! We don't have a pivot shoe with your exact specifications but the 15-118 is close. This measures 9/16" thick and is 1-1/4" wide.

As for the balances, we suspect you have the Series 600 with the black tip option. Rounding up to 28" and 26" should be fine as well. The 75-006 tool will help with charging the window balance and hooking the spiral to the pivot shoe. The video below will walk you through the replacement process.
