balances for tilt out window, unknown manufacturer

They measure 31 inches long, 9/16 wide and the windows weigh 21.6 lbs. The shoe is 1.5 inches long. The balance stamp is 304 BSI 64 JL. Looking to purchace at least 3 replacements.
