balast replacement

It looks like, according to your web site I have a 30" series 380 ballast with a 19-005 top and a 15-005 shoe.
The stamp on the ballast is "2990-38". Not sure of the
weight of the window. It is a Kinco series mark 40/50hp
H-LC30-53x96. I am in need of four of them to keep on
hand. Please advise price if possible.

Thanks for posting, Pete! Unfortunately, the stamp of 2990 that you have does not correspond to any of our standard options for the S380-30. In order to determine what you need, I will have to know the weight of your sash. Let me know!

Hey, Pete. Unfortunately, having the balance wouldn't help us in this situation. In order to know what option you need, we would have to know the weight of your window sash. If you give that to us, we can identify the best possible option you need.
