Hey, thanks for posting. You were close! These are known as channel balances. I've actually narrowed down what you have to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

I also recommend that you double check the lengths. Make sure you're only measuring the metal channel! The balance stamped with 21 4 should be 22" long, while the balance stamped with 33 5 should be 34" long.

checked the length, i am sticking by my previous measurements [LOL] as for as the bottom shoe go the top one [15-005] is more likely to match.
Now checked the length [with another ruler] for the last time and gosh darn it it is 22" /34" silly me.now how can i place the order?are these easy to install?

Great! Like I said above, if you have the 15-005 shoe then I think our Series 380 is the best place to start. You can place your order directly online.

These balances are very easy to install. Check out our handy video tutorial to see how you can do it.

These are known as top sash guides. Now, I can't tell exactly what yours is as it is damaged, but it closely resembles our 18-008. Carefully compare this product to your own hardware and see how they match up.
