ballast for window

Question

Block & tackle ballast stamped 1910.....here are pix of the top and bottom plastic pieces....I am estimating these windows are 40+ years old.....they have a fixed top sash...

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a custom order. We would be using our 19-010 top and 15-005 bottom. Does that look good to you? If so, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you a custom order link and price quote.
