barrington DH7 double hung window

as you can see the coil balancer snapped on this window. looking to replace if the part is easy enough to find. window should be under warranty but for 8-10 bucks its an easy enough fix if the part can be identified and purchased.

Hello! I'm afraid I can't help with any warranty your window has, but we definitely sell these balances. Since your pivot carrier is a match for our 15-087 I would recommend the Series 180 coil spring. You will need the stamp off the original in order to select the proper weight option.

Where would I find the stamp? It does say 7R. Thanks for the help

The stamp is usually printed on the band, usually next to the holes. If yours reads 7R then that likely indicates a rating of 7 pounds.
