Hello,

We'd be happy to help, but 0101 is not a stamp that you would normally see on an S800 balance. Could we see a picture of your balance removed from the window, as well as a picture of the stamp? Thank you!

By mistake i submitted the wrong Number in my first email. the correct # 1010 and the block and tackle is 11 inch long, I sent 2 phots as requested

Hey there! I think I can help. This is definitely not our Series 800, it looks more like a 1/2" wide channel balance, not 3/8". We can supply you a balance like this in 11" but it will have to be a special order due to the extra small length.

Before we begin, can you confirm the depth of the bottom shoe? In your case, I can't be sure if it's 1" deep or less. Basically, we're going to have to pick between the 15-005 or 15-021. Look over our dimensions and let me know which of these shoes best match what you have now. That will dictate how we construct this balance.
