Hello! Your old operator appears to be a match for our 39-221B. We also sell the 39-220B for the opposite side. Look these two parts over and let me know if you agree.

You'll note that these don't come with covers. These are sold separately under the 39-451 and 39-452, respectively. If your old covers are removable then you can also just reuse those, of course, but it's not always possible on older models.
