We actually do not make windows, but I believe our 38-090 is a match for what you're showing. As for the piece that broke off, could you show me a picture of that as well? It'd be preferable if you showed me an undamaged version of the broken piece.

Everything seems to be fine. When you said something on the outside broke off, could it have just been the locking tab that you can see on the 38-090?
