beading replacement on 20 year old windows in northern new mexico

hi there, we are trying to replace the beading which is in bad shape after the harsh winters, sun and altitude - the windows are fine.  I have attached a few pictures.  any advice would be great - thank you so much!  we are going to be buying for our painter/contractor who will do the repairs when he paints the exterior.
