bent metal arm

Question

Our window is not closing properly because the metal arm that attaches to the underside of the window frame is bent.  The arm is attached by 3 screws.  2 of the screws are still attached to the window frame but the 3rd screw appears to be gone/sheared.  Not sure how me managed to bend the metal arm but we must have somehow closed the window wrong.  No idea how long it has been like this - the weather was so cold this week that we noticed a cold draft coming through the window.

It appears that you are in need of a new hinge. Please start by reviewing the 36-048 2- bar hinge set. Compare the overall dimensions of the arms and track to your original to confirm a good fit. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
