i am looking for a 34 inch tube length white plastic cover on a 3/8 spiral tilt type, 40 to fifty pound sash. betterbuilt window. thanks

Thanks for posting! Before I can recommend an applicable replacement balance, can you first confirm the weight of your sash? According to your dimensions, you may have an S900-34 spiral balance, but that balance does not have a tip color that can support that kind of weight. Alternatively, your tube diameter may be off. Could it instead be 5/8" or 9/16" instead of 3/8"?

no, it is 3/8 covered with a white plastic . i could be off by a 1/16 but is not 5/8 or 9/16. it is a custome size. on a double pane sash..

Thank you. That is very odd. I do not think a balance that skinny can support a window that heavy. It seems like it would snap in half! Could you give me the color of the bearing on your original balances? That might help us determine what you need.
