the two parts pictured in the photo are from two different bi-fold doors from different customers of mine.

Unfortunately, we don't have the type of side bracket with a door guide that you show in your pictures. However, we do have the top mounted variety, such as our 23-266. Take a look and see if this is something that might work for you.
