I have 2 questions for you. I have a single bifold closet door with a broken pivot wheel. Without the wheel, how do I know what size wheel to buy? A friend told me what replacement kit to buy, but it is the wrong size wheel. It doesn't even fit when trying to side it in the end when the track was taken down. Like the questioner above, the only markings are Alliance 522N.
My second question is: Since this is a "trapped" wheel, how do I get the new wheel to "snap" in when the put into the bifold door.

Unfortunately, if you don't have the original wheel on hand it's next to impossible to know what you have. There are so, so many different bifold door pins, most of which aren't even made anymore, that without a reference we can't even make a guess. To answer your second question, you can slide it in from the end of the track but you might have to take the track out.
