could you please identify what part should be purchased. I bought bifold door tool kits from lowes, but not fit into ours. Thanks!

Hello there. Is there any chance you can remove a pin and tell us its diameter as well as the diameter of the cap atop the pin? Can you show us any label on the door? We'll do our best to help form there.

Thank you again for your help. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find any labels on the door or on any of the parts. The top hardware on one side of the bi-fold door is completely missing, so I removed the piece from the other side to take measurements. The assembly is made up of three components.
The first is a long screw (labeled C in the photo) with a total length of 1.969 inches; a substantial portion of it sits inside the groove at the top of the door.
At the top is the piece labeled A, which fits into the rail. Although it’s badly damaged, its diameter appears to be about 0.67 inches, and its height is roughly 0.2 inches.
Lastly, the piece labeled B has a diameter of 0.866 inches and a height of 0.314 inches.

Many thanks for your post. In your first photo, the track looks like our 23-512. Please compare. If so, I believe you need the 23-114 top roller guide. It looks like te base of the pin is still in the door. With a putty knife, place the knife under the collar and force the rest of the pin out of the door.
