biltbest builtbest bilt best built best windows 26-402 Pivot Bar

A home owner from Indiana says:
Part 26-402 was a perfect fit for my circa 2008 Biltbest double hung windows.

I managed to break the pivot bars when taking out the sash for repair. I think the receiving pivot sockets in the window frame got gummed up. This put too much stress on the pivot bars and broke them when I tilted the window. I cleaned and lubricated the pivot sockets in the frame prior to reinstalling the sash and everything went back together fine.
