black metal neutral tilt latch 2-5/16"

hello, i just have a question about the black tilt latch. im not sure exactly what neural/reversible tilt latch mean? would i have to kinda switch the insides to fit either left or right? please let me know what exactly what this means. i need lefts and rights. thank you

Yes, you can flip the 26-188 locking tooth depending on which side of the window you need to use the latch on. Thanks for posting!
