Hey there. Looks like you might have the S380-33 or S385-33 Channel Balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 3220.

Hello. Could you explain what a stamp option is ?
As for the show depth, when measured it is longer than 1in. So assuming it would be the S385?
Again, new to all of this.

The stamp option designates the strength calibration of your balance. Your old balance's stamp of 32-2 corresponds to our replacement balance's option of 3220, which designates a balance that can support a sash in the weight range of 13 through 18 pounds.

Yes, if the shoe is any deeper than 1", in this case you have a Series 385.
