block and tackle window balance replacement

Hello,

I am attaching a picture of the broken window in my daughters window. Would it be possible to get direction for the proper replacement for the balance and the shoes? Thank you.

Thanks for posting. We believe you have a vinyl tilt in window that uses S770-28 with a spring weight (28C) balance. Please tilt in your sash and remove so you can compare the photos and information on our product page with your balance to be sure.
