block and tackle window sash balancers

Hi there, thanks for the help. I'm looking for a 23" window balance, with top and bottom clip. As well as the take out clips that go in the top of half of the frame. I think what I need is the parts S380-23 or S385-23. What is the difference in the two?

The only difference between the S380-23 and S385-23 is the depth of the bottom shoe. The S380-23 comes with a 15-005, which is 1" deep. Meanwhile the S385-23 comes with a 15-004, which is 1-3/32" deep.

It's tough to tell for sure from your photo, but it looks like your shoe is only 1" deep. You should triple check just to be sure.
