Thanks for posting. This looks like our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Springs. If you have more than one coil spring on each side of the sash, the Series 171 is meant to go on top of the Series 170, since it has a longer tongue to reach the 15-192. It sounds like you might need to replace your pivot bar as well; if so, we will need to see photos of it removed from the window, as there are a few different possible options. Many thanks.
