bottom bathroom window

Question

window will not stay up on its own.
It is a swing in window that is removable. Are parts available or possibly just the bottom window replacement?

Hello,

It sounds like you need a new coil balance to support your window. We'd be happy to research your replacement options but we would need to see your original coils and the pivot shoe in your second photo removed from the window.

If you also need new pivot bars that connect the bottom of the sash to the pivot shoe, we'll need to see an undamaged one removed from the sash as well. We've related a few videos to assist you with this process. Thank you!
