bottom bypass rollers.

A quick learner from California says:
What rollers will work with your bottom roller track, item # 23-272. I purchased the track last month but the rollers attached to the bypass doors do not set in the grooves in the track. The bypass doors are wooden and about 1 1/2"thick and probably 20 yrs old. The closet features a bottom track with rollers attached to the bottom inside frame of the doors. They are about 3"in length.

Hello!

We sell a large variety of rollers that are compatible with this track. In order for us to narrow down your options, we would need to see a clear photo of the original roller.

Thanks for getting back to me. Our 23-012 roller looks very similar to this part. However, this is not designed to be a bottom roller. It's meant to install at the top and hang the door. The bottom is meant to use a guide like the 23-204. Whoever installed this part in such a way thought otherwise. What this means is that there is no bottom track you can use, unfortunately.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
