bottom edge weatherstrip of the upper sash on my certainteed replacement windows.

I have already purchase the felt for the sides but I see the rubber strip on the bottom of the upper sash is falling apart and does not seal. The flat side is 1/2" wide the flange edge is 3/16" wide and about 1/8" tall. Thanks for helping me again. Harold Jenkins

After installing new felts the window still get wet at the lower sash and in between the upper and lower. Could it be the seal the holds the glass in the sash ? The seal looks like a rubber insert type similar to screen spline. Your company does not carry the bubble seal for the bottom and between the upper and lower.. Thanks Harold
