Your pivot bar resembles the Better Bilt 26-375, which is used along with the 26-016 (3/16" x 1-1/4") Spring. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully compare the dimensions below to your assembly removed from the sash frame. Also, please note that the spring is sold separately from the pivot bar. Thanks for posting!
