can you help me identify this part, It is on the bottom of the lower sash, the vinyl windows are made by weather Lok series: 20/1200/3200 DH H-R25-48x78/H-R30*-36x74 thanks mike

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not too sure what you're showing here. This appears to be some slot but I don't know what you need for it.
Could you be referring to the part where we drew an arrow, as shown in the photo below? If so, we will need to see a photo of it removed from the window if possible. Can you also tell us the function of it?
