bottom plate for Scheirieh lazy susan

The wheel on the bottom of my lazy susan must have frozen and with the weight dug a hole in the bottom plate. I need to replace it but it is from about 1975. It is a square metal piece with a 6 7/8" round track for a wheel to roll in. Can you help me?
