bottom portion has broken off jalousie window crank mechanism shown in slide 2

A home owner from Williamston, MI says:
This looks very much like the Pan Am/ Daryl window crank (39-016) on your website, and the outer dimensions and distances between holes for the mounting screws are fine as shown in the first photo. However, the distance between the center holes in the arm that attaches to the window are 2 3/4 inches on the assembly I have and are 2 3/8 in on the Pan Am window crank. Will this still work on my windows?

We have two operators similar to yours. See our 39-016, which has a threaded hole at the end of the link arm, and our 39-057, which has a 3/8" hole at the end of the link arm. Look at both to see which one matches up best. Looking at your photo, I'm leaning towards the 39-057, but look over it to make sure.
