bottom track

Question

I have a Nami slidiing glass door.  It is 5 feet wide and the height is 96inches.  I need to get a botton sliding track as mine has shredded over the years and my door is a struggle to open and close.  Do you know the part number I need to purchase a new track?  Thank you.  Pam
