Good Morning
We are searching for a brake shoe with the corresponding balancer for it. the weight of the sash is 30 pounds
I have attached a photo of the brake shoe

Thanks for posting. I would recommend our 15-191 pivot shoe and S160-7. Each of these springs can carry 7.5 pounds each, so I would recommend 2 on each side of the sash. That should be enough to carry your sash weight of 30 pounds.
