Trying to find some information or guidance on locating hardware that will match close or identical to the hardware that is shown in the attached photos. If so I would need about 40 units. If there is any additional information that is needed please let me know.

I'm not familiar with this part. It appears to be very old. Can you show me what this is used for? Can you also give us your measurements?
