broken IWC sliding glass door handle

Question

Hello,

We have two sliding glass doors with IWC components for the handles and locking mechanisms.

Door the First - The handle broke on the inside of the door. We need help finding the part(s) to replace this so we can open/close the door again. I have included a photo of the broken door and the handle from another door that is still operable.

Door the Second - The locking mechanism is broke. It is the same example type as the photos, we just need the part(s) to order for the locking mechanism only.

Please help!

Hey Brianne. Our 82-030 can replace this type of handle set. For the mortise lock, see our 82-218. For the door where the pull snapped, note that this kind of damage can be indicative of sliding glass rollers or tracks that need to either be cleaned or even replaced.
