Thanks for posting. Can you tell us the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole on this sash lock? From there, we'll do our best to find a replacement for you. Thanks.

from center to center it is 2 inches. also that white lever that sticks out is the release that allows the lower sash to tilt in.

Ah, I was afraid of this. Unfortunately, we don't have a replacement for this lock; it's just not something we've ever been able to carry. A local hardware store may be able to help you, but we can't make any guarantees. Apologies we can't be of more help, and many thanks for considering our business.
